And, RealLegal iBinder works seamlessly with RealLegal Publisher™. The output, Publisher Bundles, is traditionally delivered on a compact disk. These Publisher Bundles can now be delivered through the Internet via the powerful RealLegal iBinder interface. RealLegal iBinder has become an alternative delivery method for court reporting agencies to use. Reporting firms give their clients unique login names and passwords so they can download the contents of the RealLegal Publisher Bundles they’ve purchased. Reporting agencies determine their own billing model. Some court reporting firms choose to charge monthly access fees, some track each client’s usage and assess fees based on individual downloads, and others provide it as a complimentary service. System Requirements RealLegal iBinder clients can choose to host their site from their own Web server, or they can consider having their iBinder repository hosted by the RealLegal technical staff and secure servers. The following software and hardware requirements do not apply for the ASP model. The latest version of Java available from www.java.com Installation & Accessibility: When hosted by the client rather than RealLegal, RealLegal iBinder is first installed on the firm’s Web server by the firm’s Web server administrator. Once iBinder is correctly installed on the Web server, the administrator will set up a URL that will be the access point for users. For example, a sample URL could be: www.ABClawfirm/iBinder.
